Refunds

In the case of cancelling a package deal before the package has been completed, each lesson will be charged as a Single Lesson, and this will be reflected in the refund.

 

Cancellations

If students wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 48 hours notice, otherwise a $30.00 CAD cancellation fee will be charged.

For cancellations of a road test appointment made by Xpert Technical Driving School, we require 72 hours notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give Xpert Technical Driving School sufficient notice may result in the student having to pay a $25.00 CAD Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.

Xpert Technical Driving School reserves the right to cancel any road test appointments we have made if the instructor feels the student is not ready for a road test.
